It’s a quiet Sunday morning. I’ve had two great cups of coffee, two of my children are awake, one is still sleeping, and my wife has gone to work. As I sit here while my Spotify playlist gently plays my favorite meditation songs, reflecting on the past week, I hope this letter brings you hope, encouragement, and the push to take action.

The Power of Written Goals
Writing down goals can have an extraordinary impact on our lives. I’ve been doing this for years, writing regularly about the cities where I’d like to conduct sales training. Today, I’ve trained in London and Dubai several times, and just last week, I did my first training in Johannesburg, South Africa and was paid a handsome 6 figures in British Pounds. The power of writing it down is real.
Do you write down your goals? If not, I urge you to start. There’s magic and power in that practice.
Setting Big Goals and Embracing the Journey
For my recent 5-day Make Sales Challenge, I had set a goal of 500 paid participants. In the end, 205 people paid and attended. Was I happy? Absolutely! I was thoroughly happy and grateful. But here’s the lesson: If I had set my intention for just 200 participants, I might have ended up with only 10.
So, give yourself a margin for safety. Set your goals big—shoot for the moon. That way, even if you land among the stars, you’ll still be satisfied and profitable. If you do the math, and factor in the people who paid £70 each after the promo, you’ll see it turned out to be a very profitable event.
Learning from the Best
This week, I read the leaked memo from Mr. Beast, the biggest and wealthiest YouTuber, with over 318 million subscribers. His insights have completely changed how I approach content creation. In fact, I used one of his strategies in a recent Instagram reel, and it brought me 22 new followers.
I even shared the full 36-page leaked memo with the members of my paid WhatsApp group. If you’d like to join the group, click the link below.
The Inspiration Behind My E-books
Another valuable lesson I learned this week came from an unexpected place: the bathroom! As I was preparing for my 5-day Make Sales Challenge, the Holy Spirit prompted me to turn each day’s class into an e-book and give it to my participants as added value. I used Canva and OpenAI to create these e-books, and today, I can proudly say that I’ve written five e-books on sales in five days!
In Conclusion
These are the four key lessons I learned last week. I hope you found value in them. Please feel free to share this letter if you did!
Thank you for reading.
