What I do every morning
There is a kind of person who drifts through the morning carried by habit, by noise, by the urgent pull of a phone and arrives at noon wondering where the hours went. I used to know that person. I am not him anymore.
Every morning, before the world makes its demands, I do five things. On the days I do them, something settles in me a clarity, a steadiness that carries through the hours. On the days I don’t and those days are rare now I feel the difference the way you feel a missing step in the dark.
1. Meditation Ten minutes of stillness. I set the timer for twelve, to give myself room to arrive. Within that silence, I also visualise my goals, my dreams, the life I am building not as distant wishes, but as scenes already unfolding.
2. Scripting I write. First, specific and honest gratitude. Then my goals but written as already accomplished. Not I want to buy a house, but I am grateful that I have bought this house. What we desire already exists. Our words and intentions are the instruments that draw it from the invisible into the visible.
3. Prayer and Affirmations I declare things into existence. Words are not decorative. They are structural. They build the life you will eventually inhabit.
4. Movement I move my body. Even in a hotel room push-ups, stretching, deep breathing. The body is not separate from the mind. Move it, and something wakes up.
5. Reading Even if it is one page. The mind must be fed before the day begins to feed on it.
What is yours? It does not have to be five. But I would ask you to consider: what are the things that, when you do them, make you more fully yourself?
These five things are not a routine to me. They are my identity. And once something becomes your identity, the conversation shifts. You are no longer doing it for approval, or for results, or for anyone else. You are doing it because it is who you are.
People have stopped me on the streets of London — strangers — to say there is an energy around me. I told them: I know.
This is where it comes from.

Am doing a class on how to use Ai to make sales and unlimited content see details:
I recently made a video on Aliko Dangote. It has crossed 2,300 views and I am proud of every one of them. If you want to understand Africa, where to invest, and what is truly being built on this continent go and watch it on my YouTube channel.
