Tiny Habits: The Secret to Making ANY Change Stick

Your big goals in sales and life will only come to physical reality when you form positive habits to support them.
The people who succeed in sales are those who have habituated the actions that lead to sales. What habits do you need to form to become successful in 2022? Here are a few ways to form really great habits
MAKE IT STUPID SIMPLY: If you need to make 50 sales calls to meet your sales goals, start with just 2. That’s an example of making a habit that is stupid simple. Start with small baby steps and watch your momentum rise to the top.
NEWTON’S FIRST LAW OF MOTION: States that “A body remains at rest, or in motion at a constant speed in a straight line, unless acted upon by a force” Which means that if you stay in a state of rest or inaction you will consistently remain there, however, if you also stay in a state of motion or action you will consistently remain in that state as well. This is where point 1 of this article connects to point 2. If you make your habits ‘STUPID SIMPLE’ You’ll enter a state of motion and when in motion momentum is built and Newton’s law of motion is activated
SHAME AND FEAR: You will stick to your habits when you find people in your life that you’re too afraid or too ashamed of disappointing. For some of you, it’s your wife, children, or that aunty that told you you won’t make it.
ENVIRONMENTAL CUES: A lot of our habits are context or environmentally dependent. Notice some people will never drink alcohol unless they’re with that ‘friend’ or some people will never eat healthy unless there is only healthy food in the fridge. So to form a great habit, arm your context with things that trigger you to do the habit you want. For example, my bed triggers sleep and intimacy with my wife. I do not carry my phone to my bedroom NEVER NEVER, I have trained my brain that whenever am in the bedroom just: gist, talk, cuddle, and have sex with Mrs. Vivian Paul Foh. The reason why some of you struggle to sleep is that in your bed your phone is sharing intimacy with you.
REWARD YOURSELF: Whatever we reward, we repeat. Whenever you complete your habit loop or task give yourself a pat on the back or buy yourself a drink or gift.
