I bought a ‘CACAS’ kind of property this means the outside of the property was completed by the developer but the inside, plumbing, kitchen etc will be competed by the owner.
I needed a certain amount of money to finish the house and put it up for rent ( So technically i am now in the property business) From hawking or selling recharge card on Emekuku street in Port Harcourt. Chai! God is good.
