8. Your Phone is a Weapon
Use your phone wisely by engaging with current buyers as well as any potential ones – make regular calls both ways in order to ensure successful transactions take place.

9. Follow-Up
Follow up with leads promptly after initial contact has been made – don’t let potential deals slip away due to lack of communication!

11. Be Detached from the Outcome and Focus on the Process
You cannot control when people decide whether or not they want to purchase something through you yet however focusing on processes like who & when call/text someone might increase the chances of turning a lead into a sale.
Actionable Step: Concentrate on improving your sales process rather than stressing about the outcome.
12. Have a Compelling Reason
If there isn’t a compelling reason why you want to succeed then the likelihood of having drive diminishes quickly. So find inspiring reasons which push innovation & productivity.
