Increase your price
I used to charge below my competence and ability, and it hurt.
I charged small amounts for training jobs, but the initial excitement would quickly disappear when I considered the work involved and the price the client paid.
I would do the job, but not with all my heart. Sometimes the client was happy, sometimes they weren’t, but I was never happy because the fee couldn’t cover my bills.
To make matters worse, I’d later hear about the much larger amounts of money the client paid to a competitor or someone in a similar niche.
Then I read a book called 10X Is Easier Than 2X by Benjamin Hardy and Dan Sullivan. That book transformed my self-image about pricing and standards.
Today, I charge a minimum of N1,000,000 for sales training. Each year, my accountant says, “Coach, our numbers have improved because you raised your price.”

Affirm your new price and identity daily to yourself because you can’t increase your price in front of a client on a whim.
