I teach and coach small businesses and the sales teams of big businesses on how to increase sales. While am building my media business.

As a coach, one of the best revenue models I know is the retainer model. This is where a company pays you monthly for a period of time to produce a specific result.

I gave done 1-year retainer, 6 months, and 3 months retainers. Here’s how I got the recent one

1. Follow up. I met the client in 2021 at a function, and I used my creative monthly follow-up model to get his attention.

2. I shared my proof of work (testimonials) on all social media platforms that the client frequents so the client can associate my work with competence

3. I prayed about it frequently. The subject of prayer in business is a very controversial topic some people believe in it while some don’t

4. I executed and made the client believe that my team and I can do the job by showing them what we had done with other retainers
