How you impressed by your sales numbers?
Am sorry if these questions make you feel radically uncomfortable but how can you improve if you don’t examine your sales and life to see dark spots. Socrates said ‘‘The unexamined life is not worth living’’
By looking at your sales numbers last month you’ll discover the aspect of your business or side hustle that needs improvement, outsourcing, or total abadonement.
What you like doing in your business and what your numbers tell you are two different stories. You may like serving a group of clients, but your numbers are saying they’re not pulling their weight in the success of your business- REDUCE YOUR ATTENTION ON THEM
Based on last months numbers in my business I am overindexting on the aspects of my business that is doing well. People lie, leaders lie, but numbers don’t lie.
You may not know the part of your business to focus your attention on, my suggestion is that you hire an accountant or use an accounting software and you will thank me later.
FOCUS ON SALES
Sales is always a good place to start having skyscraper conversations with your team about. Sales is a skill. What that implies is that you can learn it. I am currently reading, listening and watching mostly content that has to do with HOW TO CLOSE A SALE
As I practice the principle my skill muscle get bigger and more sales will be closed.
