Follow-Up and Accountability
The client that asked you to call them last week this week – have you called them?
Action Steps:
Review your list of follow-up commitments.
Schedule specific times for these calls in your calendar.
Set reminders to ensure you follow through.
What are you procrastinating on and why?
Action Steps:
Identify the tasks you're delaying.
Analyze the reasons for procrastination (fear, lack of information, etc.).
Break down tasks into smaller, manageable steps and set deadlines for each.
Reflection and Improvement
Why did you close that sale?
Action Steps:
Review the details of the successful sale.
Identify the key factors and actions that led to closing the deal.
Replicate these strategies in future sales processes.
Why did you miss that sale and how can you avoid it from happening again?
Action Steps:
Conduct a post-mortem analysis of the lost sale.
Identify what went wrong and why.
Develop strategies to address these issues in future sales.
Daily Actions and Skill Development
What daily action should you take that can lead to sales or a meeting?
Action Steps:
List potential daily activities (cold calls, follow-ups, networking, etc.).
Prioritize the most impactful actions.
Schedule these activities as part of your daily routine.
What skill do you need to develop now that will help you close more sales when you're on the phone or in person with a prospective client?
Action Steps:
Identify the key skills that need improvement (e.g., communication, negotiation, product knowledge).
Seek out resources such as online courses, books, or mentors.
Practice these skills regularly and seek feedback.
Goal Setting and Motivation
What is your current goal and how many closed sales do you need to fund that goal?
Action Steps:

Calculate the number of sales needed to achieve this goal.
Create a detailed plan to reach this target, including milestones and deadlines.
Why do you want to meet your sales target and rock your commission cheque?
Action Steps:
Reflect on your personal motivations and long-term objectives.
Write down the reasons and visualize the benefits of meeting your targets.
Use this motivation to drive your daily actions and persistence.
Mindset and Belief
What are your limiting beliefs about sales, clients, and money?
Action Steps:
Identify and write down any negative beliefs you hold.
Challenge these beliefs with positive affirmations and evidence to the contrary.
Replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones that support your goals.
What will happen to your sales if you hold on to those beliefs?
