3 TYPES OF SALES GOALS
Everybody sets goals but few have systems.
James Clear said “ You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.“ Developing systems to accomplish your goals will increase the odds of their accomplishments.
Here are the 3 goals you must
Product Goals
Process Goals
Keystone Goals

PRODUCT GOALS: Your product goals are the number of products you’ll want to sell, the number of clients you’ll want to sign up, or the number of customers you’ll want to make happy
PROCESS GOALS: Your process goals have to do with the: actions, habits, metrics, and behaviors you must DO, ACTIVATE AND CULTIVATE on a daily basis that have a direct impact on making the product goal a reality.
For example, you want to sell 1,000 copies of your book at N5,000 a copy (That’s your product goal)
The process goals will be:
A. Number of bookstores you’ll call per day
B. Number of webinars a month you’ll do to sell the book
C. Number of seminars you’ll speak at to sell the book
KEYSTONE GOALS: The word keystone means the most important part of a plan or idea that every other thing depends. Your keystone goal is one goal that if you achieve will positively affect other aspects of your life. For some people, their keystone goal is: to own a house, be happy, move to a new country, etc.
BRINGING IT HOME
Your keystone goal is what will drive you to consistently execute on your process goals even when you don’t feel like it because you know that if the process goal is not implemented the PRODUCT AND KEYSTONE GOALS will not happen
If you don’t consistently execute on your keystone goals you may never achieve your product and keystone goals.
