3 Things i learned about sales and my trip to Lagos, Port Harcourt and Warri

I just got back from the funeral of my mother and here are some of the things i learned about sales in my 2 weeks and 6 days in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri and my Village .
Conference Mastery: When you step into a business or social seminar, conference or event, here's your playbook for client attraction:
Snap a selfie with that potential client.
Send them a whatsapp or text with you and them in the selfie with a note about how happy you were meeting them then book a virtual or physical meeting.
Immediate follow-up, on that client. That's how I secured ROLAD property, my first UK client i actually sent the CEO a text on my train ride home. Want the deep dive? Pattern Disruption: If a client sends you a DMs or shoots you a WhatsApp message outlining a sales objection. Don't be the regular text-reply guy. Nope! Hit them with a pattern disrupt move – send a video. Why? Because in that video, they see more than words. They witness your body language, soak in your tone of voice, and get a taste of your unwavering determination to seal the deal.
That's how you’ll standout. It's not just about selling; it's about selling with style, finesse, and a touch of brilliance.
How You Buy Is How You Sell: If you sell a $500 product and you have not bought a $500 product yourself your consciousness may resist you. So my advice is buy products above or within the price range of what you sell. This increases your self belief and remember you cannot give what you don’t have. If you sell property save up and buy a plot of land or house this power move will enlarge your conviction level
Goals Drive Behaviour: On my trip to Lagos from Manchester i said to myself that i will return with 3 big clients, that intention drove my behaviour in terms of the places i choose to go or not go to. If you 10X your goals from 2X your behavior will match it.
With prayers and follow up I signed 3 clients. I started work with the first client yesterday!
Internet: I noticed that there was internet access in my village! That means that with grit, strategy, prayers and hardwork a young man or woman living in less than a dollar a day can create wealth because of the internet and possibly move out of the village. The internet is POWERFUL
Pick Up The Phone: In 2022 i was booked to do sales training for Sunnville Real estate company in Port Harcourt but i felt sick and the company asked that i refund the fee and flight ticket they had sent to me. And without any question i immediately refunded them. One year later when i was going to Port harcourt i called them up to say if i can do sales training for their team they agreed and paid.
There's massive arbitrage in making good cold or warm sales calls.Here are the pictures.
